Home Instead Senior Care operates in nearly 20 countries around the world and from almost 1000 offices. We are a substantial organisation but we focus on individuals in everything we do. Our care is always bespoke, never prescriptive, always flexible and never standardised because our care is is truly person centred.

When the company was formed 15 years ago it was because of direct personal experience of the difficulty in securing good quality care for our founder’s family. This tsory was repeated 7 yaers ago when Trevor Brocklebank struggled to find quality care for his grandfather. He found that finding someone to visit for a few hours a day to provide help with cleaning and cooking was simply not available.

Today we provide fully insured Caregivers who are specially chosen for their empathy, understanding and ability to deliver highly professional care services to older people.

To work with us, Caregivers must provide extensive references, they are rigorously pre-screened and scrutinised and they receive extensive training before being placed.

The at-home client will be personally introduced to their selected Caregiver before our service commences and we conduct regular quality assurance home visit to ensure that Caregivers provide the agreed service.

We also give each at-home client a journal so that they and their Caregiver can keep a daily diary of activities. This provides further assurance to families that their loved ones are being looked after with thoroughness, attention to details and absolute commitment.
