Update: 12.04.21

From today, stores at The Gracechurch Centre previously deemed non-essential under current Government guidelines will begin to re-open for business.

A great deal of effort has gone into making The Gracechurch Centre a safe place for staff and customers. Everyone has a part to play in this, and we’d ask you all to be respectful of others and follow the latest Government guidelines as closely as possible at all times when visiting the centre.

Update 30.03.21

A number of stores will reopen at The Gracechurch Centre from 12 April in line with the latest Government guidelines.

In the meantime, we are continuing to work closely with retailers to ensure staff and customers will be safe around the centre. Please keep an eye on our social media for further updates.

Update 11.01.21 

Please note, Parade Mall (covered mall) will be closed during the national lockdown. The car park remains open, with levels 1 and 2 in operation only.

Update 05.01.21

Following the Government’s latest announcement, all non-essential retailers at The Gracechurch Centre will remain closed until further notice. The following essential retailers will remain open during this period:

West Bromwich Building Society 

WHSmith

Barclays

The following food and drink outlets will remain open for takeaway only:

Greggs  

Costa Coffee

The toilets remain open during this time.

Update 31.12.20

Following the Government’s latest announcement that Sutton Coldfield will move into Tier 4 restrictions, all non-essential retailers at The Gracechurch Centre will close from Thursday 31st December. Essential retailers, such as supermarkets, banks and pharmacies, will remain open during this period, while food and drink outlets will be open for takeaway only.

We are following guidelines to keep visitors and staff safe, and to support efforts to limit the spread of COVID-19.

A number of stores will reopen at The Gracechurch Centre from 2 December in line with the latest Government guidelines. Opening times may vary, please check with individual stores.

Update 5.11.20

From Thursday 5th November, all non-essential retailers will close temporarily as part of a national lockdown. Essential retailers, such as supermarkets, banks and pharmacies, will remain open during this period, which is currently scheduled to last until Wednesday 2nd December. Update 13.08.20

We are pleased to announce that the toilet facilities at the centre are now open Monday to Saturday between 9am - 5pm and Sunday between 10:30am - 4:30pm.

Update: 29.07.20

We want our shopping centre to be inclusive for all so if you are exempt from wearing a face covering, please visit our Customer Care Centre (Level 1 of the car park) where our team will offer assistance and provide you with a facial covering exempt card on a lanyard for use within The Gracechurch Centre.

The recent Government announcement requires all visitors to The Gracechurch Centre to wear face coverings at all times from Friday 24 July. Visitors will be required to wear face coverings upon entry to The Gracechurch Centre and in all stores and communal areas throughout the centre. The only exception to this will be the table service areas of food and beverage outlets. 

A great deal of effort has gone into making The Gracechurch Centre a safe place for our staff and customers, so we ask that everyone respects this new rule to ensure we limit the spread of COVID-19 and keep everyone safe. Thank you.

COVID-19 update

From 15 June, stores at The Gracechurch Centre previously deemed non-essential began to re-open for business.
        
A great deal of effort has gone into making The Gracechurch Centre a safe place for staff and customers, with measures in place such as physical signage, additional hand sanitising stations and enhanced cleaning regimes. Everyone has a part to play in this, and we’d ask you all to take care of each and follow the social distancing guidelines as closely as possible at all times.

We are pleased to announce that the toilet facilities at the centre will re-open from 8 July at a reduced capacity between 11am and 4pm. The facilities are now safe to use following the Government’s easing of social distancing restrictions from 2m to 1m+.

The safety of shoppers, staff, and retailers remains our priority, and we will continue to follow the latest Government guidelines to keep people safe, and to support the national efforts to limit the spread of COVID-19.
